Thomas Huggins, III
Thomas Huggins III started the ARIEL Business Group, Inc., 1996. as a Business and Management Consulting firm that provided management consulting and training services to emerging businesses, contractor and engineering corporations, and government agencies. Under the leadership of Mr. Huggins, ARIEL has evolved into a diversified Management Consulting, Training, Administrative, and Construction Support firm. ARIEL has successfully provided services to Federal, State, and Local agencies and in various industries including Aviation, Transportation, Industrial, Sports Facilities, Housing, and Development. Mr. Huggins has over 25 years of vast experience in the areas of Business and Finance. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston, South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance.
Mr. Huggins is past Chairman of Board of Trustees for Hillsborough Community College and former member of State of Florida Advisory Council on Small and Minority Business Development and Small/Midsize Entrepreneurial Business Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
Chief Operating Officer
Leighton Kyler is the Chief Operating Officer for ARIEL Business Group, Inc. Leighton is an Enterprise Architect, an MBA with a focus on finance and operations with a thesis in Business Intelligence, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and an Accountant. Leighton possesses over 25 years of entrepreneurial and corporate leadership, consulting, and implementation experience in strategic planning, business optimization, organizational leadership and staff development, metrics development, technology/infrastructure design and concepts, operational systems and processes development, integration, training, and sales. As COO for ARIEL Business Group, Inc., Mr. Kyler oversees revenue generation processes and leads the day-to-day operations of the business and its subsidiaries. He is well versed in Diversity and Inclusion utilization strategies, WMBE/DBE/SBE/Section 3/Davis-Bacon Certified Payroll Compliance and Spend, Program Management, Public Engagement, Outreach Services, and Workforce Development.
Additionally, Leighton is a global speaker, master strategist, and peak-performance specialist. He is a subject matter expert in personal and organizational higher-level leadership innovation and development and emotional intelligence. Leighton is a servant leader.
Director of Federal Government Services
Greta Keller is the Director of Federal Government Services for ARIEL Business Group, Inc. Ms. Keller, a Federal Government Retiree, brings a high level of experience to ARIEL Business Group. She was a Level III DOD trained Contract Specialist before becoming the Chief of Purchasing and Contracts for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston. This "goal-driven" executive boasts a multifaceted history and brings proven results to the Company, including VISN level contracts at ten VA Medical Centers and their respective Outpatient Clinics and more recently to various CDC Centers and Divisions. Ms. Keller earned her Bachelor of Science – Business Management from Upper Iowa University, and Master of Science – Human Resource -Administration from Central Michigan University. Ms. Keller oversees the day-to-day project management, placement of personnel, and act as client liaison. She will work with ARIEL’s executive team to ensure project deliverables are fulfilled, candidate retention and that project costs remain within budget, assuring the Team is set up for success from day one.
